Post-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Refund for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
