Product Quality–Related Complaints

At Dr. Naz’s Skincare, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety. If you experience any genuine quality-related issue, please follow the process outlined below.

How to Raise a Quality Complaint

If you have a product quality concern, please email us at [your official support email] within 7 days from the date of delivery, along with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Name of the product with the quality concern

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Supporting images or videos showing the problem

  • A clear image of the back label of the product, where batch number and manufacturing details are visible

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Quality Review & Resolution Process

  • Once the complaint is verified, the product may be required to be returned for inspection by our quality control team.

  • If the product is found to have a manufacturing or quality defect, we will initiate a replacement or store credit, as applicable, within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The complete quality inspection process—from product pickup to final resolution—may take up to 3 weeks, depending on logistics and testing requirements.

Non-Eligible Complaints

The following cases are not covered under our exchange or quality resolution policy:

  • Damage caused due to improper storage, misuse, or incorrect application

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity, as skincare results vary by individual

  • Personal preferences such as dislike of fragrance, texture, color, or consistency

  • Products returned without original packaging, seal, or batch details

  • Complaints raised after 7 days of delivery

Important Notes

  • All products are recommended to be patch tested before regular use.

  • No cash refunds will be provided for quality-related complaints.

  • Final decisions regarding replacement or resolution rest with Dr. Naz’s Skincare after quality assessment.
