Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read the following Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind or the product did not suit you.

However, we offer returns only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrectly shipped.

To be eligible for return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all seals intact.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • A photo or video showing the issue is required to validate the return.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged/defective item

    • A brief description of the issue

Once your request is received, our team will review it and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where:

  • The return is due to our error (wrong item sent)

  • The product was delivered damaged or defective

4. Exchanges

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability), please mention this in your return request.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Cosmetics with broken seals

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery notification

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling 

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To cancel:

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
